Compounded Semaglutide with B12 and Glycine

At Drops of Beauty, we understand that achieving your perfect weight is not an easy task, but our professionals are here to guide you along the way. Our Weight Loss Program with Semaglutide (Compounded with B-12/Glycine) begins with a consultation with one of our Nurse Practitioners, who will assess if you are a candidate for this treatment. While undergoing treatment, patients must have regular follow-up consultations at Drops of Beauty to ensure close care. Semaglutide injections are indicated for chronic weight management in adults who are overweight, along with a balanced/healthy diet and regular physical activity.

What is Semaglutide?

Semaglutide is a modified molecule our bodies make, called a GLP-1 analog. It works by increasing insulin production and lowering glucagon secretion, as well as targeting areas in the brain that regulate appetite and food intake. A small change in the molecule allows the drug to last weeks in our bodies rather than the natural version our bodies make, which lasts minutes.

What are the Side Effects of Semaglutide

The most common side effects include nausea and constipation. Acid reflux, stomach pain, vomiting, and diarrhea are also potential side effects. The risk of side effects increases in patients with hypoglycemia, kidney problems, and risk of allergic reactions. More serious side effects may include pancreatitis, kidney issues and thyroid tumors. Other side effects may occur.

The compounded Semaglutide at Drops of Beauty includes B-12, which may help reduce nausea side effects, as well as Glycine, which may be beneficial for preserving muscle mass. Typically, patients at Drops of Beauty start their Weight Loss Program with Semaglutide and continue if it suits their needs and is indicated by their practitioner.

I have found my spa! I stumbled upon this place because of a coupon and now this is the only spa I want to go to! It is full service and has everything you need, and you can even become a member to receive more discounts and perks. They are so nice and accommodating with the best customer service.

I have been going to Drops of Beauty for three years now. I was just over 40 years old and definitely showing signs of early aging because of my lifestyle choices. I love the sun and have smoked for many years. Let’s just say you could see the evidence all over my face. It’s three years later and I look 10 years younger! Finding this Med Spa changed everything because I felt confident.

I was treated by a certified Esthetician/Laser Technician. She provided a lot of detail about the procedure and what I was going to encounter. The Laser Tech was very kind and treated me gently during the procedure. Once the procedure was completed, the Laser Tech provided me information of what I might expect after a treatment like mine. All the feelings and symptoms I encountered were spot on. There were no surprises. What I experienced after the treatment is what I encountered.
