I started my career in Sales and Management and became a European Sales Manager in my early 20’s. I became an aesthetician in Canada in 2000 where I went to University for 1 year and studied all aspects of the spa industry including skin care, waxing, body care, nails and massage. I then owned my own spa which I sold when I met my husband and moved to Orange County, CA. I have worked in the Spa Industry for 17 years and thoroughly love all aspects of it. As the manager of Drops of Beauty, I love to build a thriving team and my passion is to help clients achieve their goals and feel awesome about life!
Kelley is an Ohio native who moved to Arizona five years ago after visiting the state and falling in love with the Saguaro Cactus. Kelley started her nursing career back in 1998 and graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in 2016. Kelley recently obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Kelley has a extensive nursing background, including years as a Nurse Injector.
Kelley became intrigued with better skin care for herself in 2014. Since then, she developed a passion to pursue a career in the cosmetic industry to educate others on all the amazing skin care regimens that currently exist.

patients with the latest wellness, weightloss & skincare treatments!
Vincent Marino, MD, has been a medical director and in the field of cosmetic medicine for over 10 years. Previously, during his 25 years of practicing medicine, Dr. Marino was the president of the Scottsdale Emergency Associates and the Chief of Emergency Medicine at Scottsdale Healthcare Hospitals. Dr. Marino graduated from University of Arizona's College of Medicine in 1988.
As Drops of Beauty's medical director, Dr. Marino is responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, compliant medical environment.
Donna is one of our Registered Nurses here at Drops of Beauty. She has been a nurse for over 4 years and is excited to share her love for aesthetics with us.
Donna was certified through National Laser Institute to provide Neurotoxins, Dermal filler, PDO threads, PRP, Kybella, and sclerotherapy. Donna is also trained to treat with Sculptra.
She started her career in pediatrics and has merged into cosmetics to follow her inspiration of plastic surgery. Donna has an extensive anatomy history as a massage therapist and has translated that into her aesthetic work. You will most likely find her studying and learning something new. She enjoys doing neurotoxins, fillers, kybella and microneedling with platelet rich plasma. Sclerotherapy is one of her specialties, which is great for spider veins. Some of her hobbies include crafts and outdoor activities like swimming, hiking, and traveling. She enjoys experiencing the world, meeting new people, as well as providing quality care to her community.
Sierra is a native Arizonan. She has just recently graduated from her Medical Assisting Program as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant. During that time she kept a 4.0 GPA while also attending and graduating high school. Her goal is to go back to school after getting some medical experience to become a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer and eventually work in labor and delivery.
Marcella received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Grand Canyon University. She has worked in the cosmetic surgery services for 11 years. Marcella is Certified by the Laser Institute in Scottsdale, AZ in both Botox and filler injection procedures. Marcella, in her sixties, is living testament that exercise, a healthy diet, and natural amounts of
Botox/fillers are the key factors to maintaining health and beauty. “Age is just a number so set a goal and watch the transformations you may have thought impossible.”
Marcella is an Arizona Native raised in the mining towns of Clifton and Morenci, Greenlee County.
As a Licensed Massage Therapist, it is my favorite part to be able to help facilitate those who are looking to feeling well. My journey in massage therapy began just about 18 years ago in California at Thousand Oaks Healing Arts Institute.
I have continued with expanding my knowledge and skills at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts here in Arizona. I enjoy the opportunity to connect with my clients and I am very interested in helping you with feeling your best! I’m a licensed aesthetician, certified laser technician, and aspiring cosmetic nurse. I hope to take my education to the furthest extent to provide the most specialized care for all of my patients. I’ve worked in the beauty industry for many year working in skincare and makeup artistry. I've been an artist for brands like Lancôme, Estée Lauder, Shisedo, Nars, and Dior.
After struggling with my own skin for years, I became an advocate for finding the most optimal, evidence based solutions to help others on their skin journey. I consider myself a student at heart, and I find myself constantly researching topics about skin health and function. I have extensive knowledge in chemical peels, treating higher Fitzpatricks, acne and hyperpigmentation disorders, cosmetic ingredients, and skin science. I enjoy dermaplaning, microneedling, body waxing, and chemical peels.
I strive to dive deep into my patients concerns, uncover the root cause, and create a plan to restore balance. I believe in balancing the skin to facilitate a healthy skin barrier function. I seek to educate all of my patients on best skin care practices while catering to their unique conditions and lifestyle. When I’m not researching, I enjoy exploring the valley for new food to try, thrifting ,volunteering, or playing with my dog Pickles”
Kimberly hails from the great state of Tennessee. She moved to Arizona in September 2019 after spending the previous twenty-three years traveling the world as the spouse of an Air Force veteran. Kimberly has extensive experience in customer service, dating back to 1998 when she was a Child Care Development Specialist at Holloman AFB, New Mexico. She continued in this position for 9 years, moving to Misawa Air Base, Japan and again to Aviano Air Base, Italy where she moved into a Lead Administrator position in 2007. Kimberly moved to Columbia, South Carolina in 2016 where she again took on a position in customer service by working as a Customer Service Associate at the Bank of America.
Kimberly joined the Drops of Beauty Team in December 2021 as an Administrative Specialist. She is thrilled be a part of the Drops of Beauty team and enjoys seeing the smiles on the clients faces after receiving skincare treatment, products and other services that are provided.
